As a global provider of electronic devices, HP launched a new mobile product combining laptop and smartphone technology.
Bringing the new offer to the Austrian marketplace, the go-to-market strategy for the product had to be adopted to the regional market. Together with regional HP sales force representatives, SHIFT11 designed the customer journey and the experience at different touchpoints for existing and new clients, based on a clear value proposition for specific target groups.
